We know that group transportation can be an overwhelming and sometimes daunting task to manage. Let our amazing staff mitigate the stress of your group’s transportation needs. With your input, we will manage and provide you with the best possible solution for a success event.


The Quote Process

We promise that we will provide you with a quote within 48 hours of our agreeing on the parameters of your event. Our Groups Director will assign a Program Manager to be Premier’s point person after the quote has been accepted. This manager will be at your beckon call throughout the process. We consider the “pre and post con” one of the most important steps for success. Expectations are set and clearly communicated which is invaluable for both the client and the provider.


Communication

Our state-of-the-art Manifest Import software allows us to quickly upload your manifest into our reservations system. Our technology also includes the IGroup smartphone/Ipad app that allow you to make changes directly into our dispatch system and for your entire staff to see the event’s complete schedule as well as track flights and chauffeur/guest statuses in real time. Additionally, we use FlightView (refreshing every 2 minutes) to track all flights, arriving gates and baggage claims. We love giving our chauffeurs the tools to be successful, each and every reservation.


Keeping Track of Your Group

Our onsite coordinators go through comprehensive training for airport meet and greet procedures, hotel load-in and load-out details, as well as tricky venues. Again, the chauffeur status portion of our software allows for immediate status updates. Additionally, Premier offers a mobile app that all of your coordinators can login to and track chauffeurs via GPS. Changes, additions and cancellations can also be completed through the app if that is more convenient.


Expectations

Your trips will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and if wanted, 30 minutes before each run as well. You may request to be email and/or texted with chauffeur details (name, picture and cell number) along with the various status updates. IPADS will be used for easy and professional signage for all pickups (logos and names are able to be used). Our onsite dispatch center is available 24/7 and ready to assist with any questions, changes or last minute cancelations. Of course, your Group Manager will be always available too.
