I wanted to let you know how terrific it has been to work with Premier Transportation the past 2 weeks. As Admin Assistant for Student Government, I coordinated the airport transportations for 75 of the 169 students coming from India. They arrived at DFW 2 times daily/nightly for 4 dates and using many airlines, many connections and from many countries and cities.

Premier’s office/billing staff, and dispatch dept have just been wonderful. They helped make my HUGE task so much nicer everyday. I feel like we are “three peas in the pod of busy life”.

I wanted to thank you for the excellent service we got from your company on the 10th of July. We flew to DFW from Helsinki, Finland (17 hour flight!) and surprisingly our flight was almost 45 minutes AHEAD of schedule. Even then your driver was already waiting for us with the cold beers readily available!!

Please thank the driver for me (can’t remember his name) as he was most professional in every way! This was the best limousine service I’ve ever had anywhere in the US (or in Europe for that matter). Excellent service!!

We often don't write when we receive great service so I thought I would take the time to send you this quick note.

We reserved a sedan for a recent trip to Dallas and we were a bit nervous as we found your company website off a Google search. Our trip to Dallas was marred by many mishaps but your sedan service was the highlight of our trip.

Both gentlemen we dealt with were extremely professional and very congenial. The driver from the airport called us when we were late due to waiting for our luggage and assured us that he was right outside the doors ready to drive us to the hotel.

The folks in your office were very helpful as well. I called to let someone know that our arrival flight was delayed 2 hours and I was told you were tracking the flight and not to worry. On our flight home, I called the office to see if we could have an earlier pick up time due to the increase in airport security and you accommodated my request without any hassle.

I appreciate the great service you provided and will call you again when I head to Dallas. I will also recommend you to my family and friends that reside in Dallas.

On September 6, 2009 I made a reservation with your company for a sedan transfer. The agent I spoke to was Corey Witzel. From the beginning of the conversation he was a complete professional. One thing I did learn quickly when acquiring quotes was that often they do not include various charges, especially unless you ask. It was pleasing to find out your Premier Transportation quote was all inclusive.

The reservation process was painless, and I was extremely pleased to receive the PDF confirmation. From that point I knew your company was top notch.

When we arrived, our driver was Mr. Garcia. He was on time and extremely professional. While everyone else at the train station was looking for a taxi, it was great to have a car air conditioned and ready to go. Though I had been to Fort Worth briefly a few summers ago, I had asked with our reservation that we drive through Sundance Square to see a bit of the city and where we would be staying. Mr. Garcia not only took us through this area, he was able to point out several eating establishments that I had not found online, and give a bit of history of the area. It was a pleasure to have him drop us off at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel.

Your website is great. The reservation staff was excellent. Your vehicle was above expectations and your driver was a great balance of friendliness and professionalism. The confirmation process was top notch. For a regular person who works in the services industry, needing a few days off, it was great to start the vacation being treated like a Rock Star by your company.

Too often working in the service industry, we only hear when things go wrong. I wanted to take a moment to recognize your company for doing something right. Many things, in fact. I look forward to using your services again.

Following the passing of my mother, my family contacted your company to have you provide transportation for our entire group to Abilene on a Saturday for a graveside service.

We owe your company and employees a debt of gratitude for giving us such a positive experience during a difficult time. We appreciate so much the discounted amount for providing the service to us, complete with such a professional, courteous driver, Tim Hurley. From the moment we boarded the bus, he was focused on meeting our needs and providing for our safety and comfort. With six children under the age of ten on board, I feel sure there were a few distractions, but he never lost his concentration on the responsibility he held for us. We feel most fortunate to have been in his care.

I am sure that with all the stories about our trip I have heard, your praises are being spread throughout our circle of friends and acquaintenances. Hopefully, if others find themselves in similar circumstances, they will remember our wonderful family experience and allow you to help them in a similar way.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in the party bus on Saturday night.

What a great evening. I don't know if you need testimonials or not, but if so, feel free to use the following. It might be good to have one from a teen perspective.

We had a fantastic time in a party bus from Premier Transportation. The bus featured elegance, convenience and ease. The driver was great as was the ambiance. It is perfect for any celebration. Two thumbs up! On a side note: Tons of party buses got lost on the way to the dance and several groups got there more than 45 minutes later than they planned because the limo driver had no idea what they were doing. Tommy, our “Premier” driver, was superb! We got everywhere efficiently and he was very courteous and professional.

Traveling first class, eating first class, playing first class . . . LIVING LARGE . . . the way Carson liked to during his valiant fight for life!

Premier Transportation set a first class tone for each Carson Leslie Foundation outing over the past year. Our mission is to raise funds for research leading to a cure for pediatric cancer and to encourage teens to fight for life!

Premier Transportation loaded up limo buses full of cancer fighting teens, wheelchairs, oncologists, nurses and volunteers and headed off to Ranger and Mavericks games. Premier and the Carson Leslie Foundation partnered in these events to help these beautiful cancer fighting teens to LIVE LARGE. Young ladies donned their wigs and scarves, young men threw on hats, and they showed up and were glad they did. New friendships were formed at each event - teens fighting cancer together. Most had never traveled in a limo!

Navigating life as a teen is tough; navigating life as a teen fighting cancer is beyond tough. But navigating life as a cancer fighting teen, joined by other cancer fighting teens, helps.

We first used Premier May of 2005 for my daughters college graduation from SMU. We had a bus for the entire day and it was perfect. Our driver was wonderful and the experience could not have been better.

When it came time to decide how to get to Cowboys Stadium for the Cowboy Classic Saturday night, the first company I thought of was Premier.
