Your dispatch staff is unflinching, nothing rattles them even the never-ending “I need a car in twenty minutes” requests. Your chauffeurs are the most professional trained I have seen in the industry. Always properly attired, well mannered and punctual.

I wanted to take a minute to let you know how pleased I was with Premier’s service in Dallas on April 9th and 13th. I found Premier on the internet as I was looking for ground transportation in Dallas for 28 Ohio University volleyball players scheduled to be in Dallas for the National tournament at the Convention Center. I wanted one vehicle that could transport all the players and coaches and their luggage and sports bags. I made many, many calls to various companies in the Dallas area and when I hit upon Misty in your reservation department I knew I had found the right company. Misty selected the appropriate vehicle for the group and gave me a cost that was all inclusive, which was important, so we could plan our expenses accurately. Since I was unable to travel with the group I wanted to feel they were in good hands.

On April 9th, in the midst of American Airlines cancelling over 500 flights due to a required maintenance on their MD-80’s, the 28 travelers had their flights changed three times and were re-routed all over the USA…it was a miracle they only divided the teams into two groups and that they all arrived in Dallas on April 9th by 7:30 p.m…10 hours later than their original plans. During all this airline chaos I was constantly calling your staff, once at 1:00 a.m., to advise them of the change in arrival time and Rick and Teddy always assure me that the driver would be there to pick up the group. There was never a hesitancy or frustration in their voice during the many calls I had to make to Premier for all the changes.

Additionally, once the group had arrived in Dallas and had boarded the bus for the trip to the hotel, the team officers notices they were in danger of missing a mandatory meeting at the convention center for instructions for the next day…the driver (AJ?) helped them make their meeting in a timely manner. Also, the driver helped the entire group find food as they were all famished from not eating all day. These extra acts of kindness on the part of the driver helped the group to get back on track both physically and mentally and was a turning point in the trip thus far.

Lastly, due to some software changes in your application, we had a billing discrepancy and when I contact Corey he immediately made the adjustment to ensure our cost was what we had been quoted.

Thanks again for outstanding service to your customer… I would recommend Premier to anyone and only wish we were returning to Dallas next year for the tournament so we could use your service again.

Premier handles the very important “roadshows” that our top executives attend every 4 to 5 weeks in other states. This is our CEO, CFO and Presidents traveling to visit very important clients and investors, and Premier handles all the ground transportation for us. The representatives in your office know the drill and know how important it is for the cars to be right on time and know where they are going. Each staff member helps coordinate this seamlessly for us with the out of town sedan services.

I just wanted to drop you a note on the service I received on my recent trip to Texas. I was port of the Canadian FAM trip in May. Our driver was beyond exceptional! He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He exemplified someone who not only enjoys his job but takes pride in providing the best service he can to his guests. We all joked that he was magic and had us all fitted with a hidden GPS because, every time we needed him, he was there. He was even kind enough to pick up our luggage before he headed to San Antonio so we would have to deal with the luggage on our flight from Dallas to San Antonio!
I specialized in group travel and I plan to bring a group back to Texas soon and, hopefully, make it an annual thing. I wouldn't think to call anyone other than Premier Transportation for my ground travel needs! Many thanks!

I want to offer my praise to your driver Tim who took us from the Hyatt Regency Dallas to the Hyatt Regency DFW on Friday evening, Feb. 11th.

The weather was horrible, and I knew that we would have better, safer service with a hired car than with a taxi. That was certainly the case.

Tim was a superb driver, putting his Chicago heritage and driving experience to good use on the slushy streets and roads. He got us to the DFW Hyatt safe and sound.

I began traveling to DC in early May, 2009 for a Federal Government client which required weekly trips typically departing on Sundays and returning on Thursdays. After 2 months of either parking at DFW or taking taxis (and on more than one occasion risking life and limb) I noticed a limo parked curbside and struck up a conversation with the driver. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and the way he described the company he worked for, Premier Transportation.

So, I made the call and worked out a rate and in late July, 2009 started riding Premier to and from DFW. Over 2 years later I have to say that every single interaction I’ve had with either the Reservations team, the Dispatch team or the Drivers has been totally professional and extremely courteos. I assure you this is not a common customer service experience with most vendors that I deal with today.

Whether it was Nicki (and others) handling my reservation requests, or Marsha (and others) promptly sending my trip receipts so I could get my expense reports in on time, the quality of service was always consistent.

I have come to enjoy the personal interaction with many of the drivers on your staff…all professional, and as engaging as they need to be. Sometimes all I wanted to do was sit and enjoy the ride, other times it was great getting to know the drivers and I’m sure I’ve bored them with my son’s golf adventures (he’s now playing at the collegiate level at Dallas Baptist Univ) or my 2 daughters and their collegiate pursuits, or discussing music with a driver who gave my wife a Tori Amos cd (which she truly loves).

The ride to and from the airport has definitely become my favorite part of my commute!! Again, thanks to all of the Premier Transportation staff for the past 2+yrs. I can guarantee that my future travel plans will include your company.
